Thorough knowledge of OT principles, practicies and regulations.
Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited OT Program, current MN license. One or more years of clinical experience preferred.
COTA
Assists
the Occupational Therapist in delivery of treatment to patients.
Must be a graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
Medical Lab Technician or Medical Technologist |
| Type of Position: Part time, 48 hrs. per pay period |
Works evening and nights with an occasional holiday: nights - every Friday and Saturday; evenings - 2 scheduled evenings a week. Qualified candidates must have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Science and be a graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Program. Prefer to have 1-2 years of experience in high complexity testing. Must be able to travel to other work sites as needed with own transportation.
Student Nursing Internship 2010
Summer nursing internship(s) will be offered to a student nurse who is in their third or final year of an accredited registered nurse program. Preference will be given to students from the St. Peter area. Students will be able to gain knowledge and experience in a small, rural, critical access hospital. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse preceptor, interns will have the opportunity to observe and participate in nursing care in the following areas:
- Medical/Surgical Department
- Emergency Department
- Urgent Care
- Same Day Surgery
Ancillary departments play an important role in the health of our patients. Therefore, students can expect to observe and gain knowledge in areas such as:
- Pharmacy
- Imaging
- Laboratory
- Rehab Services
- Health Information
Summer interns will work 32 – 40 hours per week and be paid with an hourly salary. Employment will begin in June and end mid-August. Students may be scheduled rotating shifts and weekends.
